Great staff, very helpful. Good night's sleep. But building a bit tardy and no free WiFi beyond 30 mins. I mean, really?

There was very noisy sex noises for a few hours. Funny for a little bit then just annoying. Had to play white noise to sleep.

The shower curtain was pointless, the extremely small bathroom was flooded. It was a very basic room

Room was fine, although quilt was a bit thin, hotel is situated above a nightclub which was extremely raucous for a Wednesday night, so kept awake by the booming noise of the disco.

The hotel is situated by bars and nightclubs so was unable to get to sleep until at least 4am every night due to the shouting and screaming, even my TV did not drown out the noise! So glad I paid for a late check-out (even though housekeeping knocked on my door to see if I was leaving at 1200). I did not want to bother staff and ask to be moved as obviously not the hotels fault. Also do not bother paying for the Wi-fi as it was very slow and I was unable to stream any tv or films.

Very central but unfortunately although a quiet floor some guests were very noisy standing outside doors talking and laughing when they returned. Also room overlooked a nightclub so again hard to sleep

We were given a disabled access room which clearly had not been used for a while as very dusty. On arriving back after a meal out and "security" ticking us off a list to "make sure that if there is a fire, that firemen aren't sent into a dangerous situation by looking for guests that aren't there" is not an excuse that I accept. There is no parking at this hotel and although 3 car parks are in close proximity, because it is also close to two theatres, they get very full at performance times. At the time of writing(September 2018) there is no charge for overnight parking in council run car parks between 10.p.m and 8 a.m. but you cannot "prepay" for the following day so you need to get up and get a ticket if not leaving before 8am

I have in the past 5 years stayed with travel lodge many times and was happy with the service I got then, but was shoked for the poor service I got from the plymouth branch. The room wasnt that clean and essentials like bath soap, shampoo and toilet roll were not available, only one small soap and two (less than half) toilet rolls for a room that should accomodate 4. We asked the lady at reception for more she said: we dont provide shampoos or extra soap and the small hotel size soap was the only one you get, which we didnt experience before even in a hotel in a third world country. The other odd thing was we werent allowed to check-in only after 3pm which was not usuall and not explained when we booked and we were required to check-out at 12pm the following day.
