I had a great stay at Saga. First the hotel it’s located right by the central station and the metro station minutes away. Many restaurants and things to do around. The reception staff were very kind and friendly really liked that. I also LOVEEEEE the pillow and bed, they were so comfortable, I didn’t want to wake up. The only down side for me was first the wifi, it was very bad in the rooms, it only works better at the lobby. Second was the noise, walls are very thin so you will hear everything next to you. I had a couple next to me and they were making so much noise that I had to bang on the wall for them to be quiet. Other than that, I had a great stay, just be aware, there’s no lift (elevator) for those handicap people or someone with knees problems.

Front desk always had someone available. You can purchase water and some snacks or souvenirs. Local to most areas by walking or Uber but if you have heavy luggage be prepared to lift up several flights of stairs. No elevator as others mentioned. The luggage storage is available for a fee but also you must lift and carry down into the lower level by yourself and lock them up.

No air conditioner. No Elevator, and they will place you on the 4th floor which is technically on the 6th floor. Shared bathrooms are small but not terrible. A storage locker for $6USD/Day with locks.

This hotel is a budget hotel very near the central train station. but they run a good clean efficient service. The receptionists are friendly and the room immaculate. Ours did look out onto the back of other hotels and bins. But it was quiet no traffic noise or train noise. We were there dahlias the weather was extremely hot. The window latches worked in a certain way. This needs to be explained to guests. We thought we could only open the windows a little, so we boiled for 4 days as no fan. On leaving I mentioned this to the lady at reception and she said you can open them fully. Not explained on arrival. Ask!! The breakfasts are great, you have to pay for these on top. They seem quite expensive but are not if you know Danish prices! Very sad to see so much factory/ intensive farmed pork and eggs but that’s Scandinavian countries for you. They have a long way to go on this. Thank you Go Hotel for our stay.

Located in a shopping street, area around it has lots of restaurants. Pick up point for various tours is just round the corner. All attractions are within walking distance. General entrance has only stairs to go up. So need to go through the adjoining restaurant to use the lift. This fact should be clearly mentioned by hotel management as there is No Staff available during check in. It’s self check in for which they share code for number lock.

First and foremost ‘NO LIFT’ for a 5 storey property. This fact should be highlighted in BOLD. Although staff was courteous enough to carry our luggage but what about daily up and down. Especially for Senior Citizens. Breakfast is good. Neighbourhood offers quite a few eating joints. Just a stones throw from station.

Cons: It's basically as close to being a hostel without being one. Shared bathrooms 😒 It's loud. You'll hear everyone as they walk up and down the stairs, up and down the hallways, plus everyone above you. No Elevator. Yep, stairs only. You'll have fun dragging your suitcases up 4 flights of narrow stairs! The Wi-Fi was basically useless. It would disconnect every 2 or 3 minutes and If it actually did stay connected, it was so slow, it was unusable. Notifying the staff did nothing. They acknowledged it was terrible but were "working on it" It's a low cost hotel, so that means you'll have a lot of low cost people who aren't considerate or respectful and will slam doors and be loud aholes at 2am. Pros: Location. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby plus the train station and Tivoli are about a 10 minute walk away Staff was friendly I would never stay here again. I'm at mad at myself for not doing more research and going with another option. Just the shared bathroom thing is a deal breaker.

Front desk staff during check-in was very helpful. Rooms were clean, basic, comfortable. We chose a room with a small bathroom and that was nice to have. Breakfast was good. We traveled with a group and the staff kindly let us store all the luggage in a downstairs room for a reduced fee which was very appreciated.
