We couldn’t have a window open due to noise from bus- and taxi station outside and people drinking at restaurant tables just below (felt like they were inside our room). The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. I will bring my laptop with a HDMI cable next time to watch digital programs in my native language. The loction of the hotel is right across the train station which also has a taxi stand, making it great rest stop location. The parking garage is very secure and below the hotel, which can be a tight fit for larger vehicles. The breakfast was bland and I did like the self serving coffee machines. Overall, it was a good stay and will book again in the future.

Room 406 is way too hot. We had friends who stayed on the same floor as my wife and I and their rooms weren’t even close to the heat that was in our room. I believe the floor heating in the bathroom is broken. It seems it’s stuck on even when off

The location in the centre was nice and a very good walking distance from some restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and good but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillow was a bit too soft, but that is just in my opinion. It still was a good experience.

Welcome Parkhotel is a perfect hotel for business and pleasure. I ha a very large room with good working space seperated from the bedroom. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have a very good restaurant and a nice bar. Located by the train station centrally in town.

Amazing friendliness and customer service, front desk very accommodating regarding Covid concerns (got a lunch box instead of buffet breakfast). In the room: very spacious. It would help if A/C and floor heating controls (bathroom) were mounted right side up and if they would actually do their job, i.e. control and change temperature.

I really like the park hotel in Euskirchen. Really handy for the station and the town. Nice bar, good food, great breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has really a potential to be a top hotel, but unfortunately, we didn’t like everything. The room was very nice and pleasant. But we don´t understand how a modern hotel can install a room lighting system which is so difficult to find and understand. To turn on or turn off the lamps, it is to be done from a central beside the beds which was very difficult to find and use in the night, when the room was dark, so we had to use our flashlights on our mobiles. But also, when we turned on all the lamps in the December morning or evening, the room was very, very dark. No light in the roof, only bed table lamps and a lamp at the writing desk. Our conclusion is that the hotel management has been cheated by the electric system supplier, to install a “modern” but useless system. But the Internet in the room was “OK” with 8 Mbit down and 2 up. Then the bathroom: The door had an automatic door closer which was so stiff that it was difficult to open the door! Why having a door closer to a bathroom? And the toiletries… The text was so small that it was almost impossible to see what if it was conditioner, body soap or shampoo. The breakfast was poor with few vegetables.

we are told the breakfast is to 1...they forgot to mention that that only goes for the weekends. We went down on a monday morning around 12.. Our late check in was approved upfront but we still got called and had to go over it again. Other than that, pretty okey stay if your just stopping on the way.

Not gut: The room has a middle door, through it can you hear the neighbors. Thereby it’s not insulated. Otherwise the hotel is gut.
