Beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, tidy and in typical German fashion.

The reception is up two flights of stairs, which might be a problem for some disabled guests. The parking area is very small and around the corner from the hotel. The hotel was fully booked when I stayed and there were possibly nine or 10 vehicles in the car park and I found it very difficult to get my car in because people had left a large gap between their vehicles.

Friendly welcoming staff, spoke English well which was good as our German isn't the best.

Parking was a bit crowded but there is a large car park just up the road free on weekdays from 1800 until 0900 the next morning

Very comfortable stay in Euskirchen

Great location in the centre with parking. The room was spacious with an excellent shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

Wi-Fi was a problem and I struggled to join a couple work calls that I had planned. I first tried in the common area and then in the room itself. The latter was a bit be better but still not strong enough for Zoom.

Great stay, recommend

Hotel is very central located, close to the railway station. Nice and clean room. I'd arrived very late to the hotel, however the host answered on the phone straight away and came to open me a door and check me in. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night. All was perfect, I certainly will stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Sorry again for a very late arrival and thanks to welcome me:)

Entspannt und familiär übernachten in Euskirchen

Perfekt zum entspannten übernachten, sehr gutes Frühstück und hoteleigener Parkplatz. Ruhig gelegen und die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gibt meiner Meinung nach nichts zu verbessern.

Gute Lage

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel um die Therme zu besuchen. Die Lage ist wirklich top wenn man auch noch mal durch die Innenstadt schlendern und Abends was essen gehen möchte. Zur Therme ist es mit dem Auto ca 8-10 Minuten. Es gibt ein paar kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man einen. Ansonsten gibt es noch einige kostenpflichtige in der Nähe. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Apartment bekommen. Also 2 Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war gut. Ein kleiner Frühstücksraum mit allem was man braucht. Auf Nachfrage gab es alles was man gerne hätte wie z. B. Eierspeisen. Wir würden aufgrund der Lage definitiv wieder kommen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir hatten einen super großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und 2 bequeme Sofas.

Die Rezeption liegt in der 2. Etage. Einen Aufzug habe ich jetzt nicht gesehen. Was jetzt für uns kein Problem darstellte. Das Treppenhaus sah gut und recht neu gemacht aus. Der Flur zu den Apartments sah etwas älter und eher aus den 60 er Jahren aus. Hier war auch Teppichboden. Beim eintreten ins Apartment war der Geruch auch eher nicht frisch. Wir vermuten, dass es früher eine Wohnungen war in der ggf geraucht wurde. Es ist alles renoviert und es liegt Laminat in der Wohnung. Das Personal hat alle Fragen beantwortet war aber insgesamt eher wortkarg.
