Stopped on the way from phantasialand,everthing fine

Friendly and helpful staff, great family rooms with space and charme. Good breakfast and large tables with enough space to chill out.

The bed is too soft and the pillow is not big enough. The temperature control only allowed a +-3 degree difference so it was too hot and we had to heat the street.

Excellent hotel in most every way - only issue was a unique problem that wasn't addressed,

Room was lovely, comfortable, great bed and shower. Breakfast was very good. Hostess at breakfast went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Front desk was pleasant.

I had a thermostat problem in my room that was reported first day and never fixed during my 3 night stay.

No come back again

It’s so close to Therme, it is clean

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not great. There were power sockets next to the bed, but none of them worked. I tried using the socket in the bathroom, but it wasn’t compatible with my phone charger. Eventually, I found one near the TV, which was quite far from the bed. The woman working at night was not kind and helpful. I asked to change rooms, but they told me I had to pay an extra €30. I found this unreasonable, especially since I arrived late at 11 PM on a Saturday after visiting Therme and was checking out the next morning at 10 AM. At that time of night, no one is likely to book a room last-minute, so it’s surprising that they preferred to leave a room empty rather than satisfy a guest who was having an issue. They clearly prioritized an empty room over guest satisfaction — which is disappointing and shows a lack of proper customer service. Also, note that parking is not free — it costs €17.50 per night. Also in total is so expensive in small city for per night should pay 170 € for this hotel :/

A clean hotel in an excellent location.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was very clean.

The beds were too soft for us, but that is personal preference. The outlets were in strange places and we did not find them until we were packing. Some were in the floor and there were more in the closet. The hotel and its breakfast were expensive.

Exceeded expectations

The room was fabulous! Big, good materials, really classy and nicely furnished, fully equipped! the bathroom was also great. The overall hotel structure is really nice and it's great to have an easy accessible parking garage (even at a cost of 17 € per day)

No indication of additional charges by the personnel at the reception. The parking is on top, and I can agree with it, but at the check in they should clearly state the cost as an addition to the room charge. I found it not professional from a nice hotel

Pretty and literally in front of the train station

Very modern, beautifully decorated, literally in front of the train station, so you don't have to walk a lot or take a taxi. The way to the thermal waters is about 20 minutes walking.

The beds are way too soft. But maybe also a thing for one selbst to determine. Spa not included and with a price of around 65€ pro hour Breakfast repetitive, ALWAYS the same, they never changed a thing

A pleasant stay but if I had known what I know now, I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel!

The staff were all very polite and friendly. I was greeted by name each time I entered the hotel reception desk which was very nice and personal. It really did make me feel welcome. I didn't have breakfast, only a coffee. It was a busy time in the breakfast room and with only one coffee machine the queue was long, particularly when people were getting drinks for the whole table. It would be helpful if there was more than one machine. The bathroom facilities were excellent.

It was disappointing to find no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. When I asked why was told it was something to do with safety/hot water. This seemed strange to me, as nearly all hotels I have ever stayed in have a small kettle and/or coffee machine, Since there wasn't coffee/tea making options in the room we tried to order room service at around 7:00 am only to be told that it wasn't available, but would be later. This was disappointing. Also, the sauna (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) was only open from 10:00am and was not available when we asked about it at check in to use later in the day. Since we are early risers we had hoped to use it prior to checking out which we did early.
