Great value for money

A great hotel for the price you pay. The room was spacious, and there were enough parking facilities. Personnel in the restaurant downstairs was friendly. The bathroom was large and there were also the essentials, like shower gel. For 1 night stayover - a perfect place. Breakfast was a small buffet, with an option to make yourself a cereal or a sandwich. Enough to make you prepared for the road.

It was very warm in the room when we arrived, so we opened windows. It could be nice if the room is ventilated before arrival, especially because it doesn't have aircon and these were not the warmest days. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room, otherwise you have to pay 2.40 for a small tea cup downstairs. The carpet had some weird holes in it covered by mats. It is fine, but weird.

Comfortable and clean hotel but no staff present

The room was clean and modern

Upon arrival, we could not open the front door because there were no staff in the building (Ruhetag). According to another guest, we were supposed to receive an email with the code for the front door and instructions for the lockbox to retrieve our room key, but for some reason this was never received. Instead, we had to call a number while waiting in the rain before being let in. We couldn’t access the wifi as there were no staff nor any information provided in the room or anywhere else in the building. The toilets for guests outside of the room were locked. The car park was quite small and full when we arrived, so we had to park on the street and received a ticket.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und wurden trotzdem durchgehend sehr gut betreut.

Treppenhaus riecht stark nach kaltem Rauch, dort hält man sich aber nicht auf, also nur minimal störend.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, alles super

Zentrale Lage, großes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet

Wir haben uns etwas schwer getan einen Parkplatz zu finden. Sind dann aber nach längerer Suche in einer Seitenstraße fündig geworden.

Schönes großes Zimmee und ein sehr sauberes Bad. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend

Wir haben unsere Kinder besucht und würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Die großen Zimmer waren sehr hübsch und ordentlich. Alles picobello sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt . Großzügiges Bad. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Perfekt dass ein großer Parkplatz um die Ecke zur kostenlosen Verfügung steht!

Wir hatten -zufällig- ein Zimmer zur Straße. Leider ziemlich laut, obwohl es so ein kleiner Ortsteil ist. Nächstes Mal frage ich direkt nach einem Zimmer zum Innenhof!

Mooie kamer, groot en alles netjes, schoon en niet kapot. Super behulpzaam personeel. Fiets kon in de garage Lekker gegeten in het bijbehorende restaurant

Heel goed

Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam en het hotel ziet er netjes uit en de kamer was zeer netjes en schoon. In de avond lekker gegeten in het steakhouse restaurant wat erbij hoort. En in de ochtend is hier ook het ontbijt geserveerd. Alles voldoende aanwezig en goed.

Prima hotel voor twee nachten Euskirchen, goede uitvalsbasis voor de Eifel.

Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bed en douche goed.

De kamer was heel warm en had geen airco.

Ein Haus mit dem falschen Personal , leider..

Prinzipiell guter Durchschnitt

Riesige Probleme beim Check-in , Man genehmigt sich eine Pause von 14-17 Uhr in der keine Chance besteht das Haus zu betreten. Hinterlegte Handynummern greifen ins leere . lässige Entschuldigung : Akku ???
