    Had a pleasant stay at the hotel although the weather was rainy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They also offered complimentary breakfast to us for free. Room was renovated to have a modern look and I liked that the room was and smelled so clean.

    Good rooms and very helpful staff. They will go out of their way to make your trip great! Room is nice with a fridge. Good location away from the craziness of the duomo etc…

    The staff are friendly, but the bedroom is very poor value for money and tiny. We are travelling Europe for six weeks, so we have two large cases. The room is so small we cannot open them, and im not exagerating. The bed is the only place. Then close. One pillow each. It all feels a bit penny pinching and hostel like, but its quite expensive, and eyewateringly expensive for what we have.
