    Lovely modern clean facilities which provides a good base for travels around Tokyo. The deep bath and washing machine is great and bed super comfy. Definitely recommend staying again.

    Room - good size with great functional kitchenette n washer/dryer. Well kept and clean. Hotel - location in quiet residential district with grocers, huge pharmacy and a great bistro right across street. Short walk to subway. However smack on busy heavy vehicles road so even though paid for room with terrace it wasn’t usable; too noisy. Staff. Sadly this is where this hotel is lacking. Staff were obviously there just to do a job and not pro service. We stayed 4nights and upon checkout asked to store our luggage just for ONE night and they refused. Charge of 10,000jpy per luggage to store no matter that we were rushing for Shinkansen they refused to help. Kept repeating policy is that. I understand policies but we had one big and one cabin luggage they could easily have helped but nope. The incident left a bad taste and sadly we for sure won’t return to stay nor recommend the property
