We booked a suite room and it was fantastic. We had ample space in the room even though there were two beds and one cot. The washing machine and dryer was really useful since we had a one year old with us. The pantry area had everything we needed. There was even a big walk in closet that we could unpack and store luggages there. The location is very quiet and not overcrowded with tourists so don’t expect it to be like central Ginza or Shibuya vibes.

A very good place. Spacy clean comfortable room with washing machine/ dryer and and light cooking facilities in the room. Train stations not fare from the hotel but found Tokyo stn to fare away to walk with suitcases

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and not too far of a walk to the stations. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Having a washer and dryer in the rooms were one less thing for us to worry about during our travels!

I purchased the stay via Agoda, who committed to the best price. A few days prior to our arrival we found a better rate to the same hotel at about 50 % cheaper price. I contacted Agoda several times via their website + customer service team, After 3 reminders - still no reply.
