What stood out the most was the staff. The friendliness, the sincerity and will to help us was unmatched to any place I’ve visited in Japan. This is the primary reason why I’d return.
The apartment itself was a tad small for me, but it was extremely comfortable and very clean. Cleanliness is on the top of my list and this property delivered.

The staff is what I liked the most. They were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to help meet our needs. It was also very helpful that they spoke English.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff are friendly and kind
The room is much smaller than it looks in the photos. If you want the room cleaned or the towels changed, you have to pay extra. I chose this hotel because it doesn’t have carpet, but there is carpet inside the elevator.
