Very nice and modern place in the middle of Tokyo and super close to Tokyo station. Very clean and seems like quite new. The price is amazing and I don’t think you can find a better value in Japan. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and the front desk people are super nice and attentive

Third time to stay in Section L, we stayed at Ginza East location and Tsukiji location before. The location is great, close to subway station, supermaket, some restaurants, 20 mins walking distant to Ginza shopping area. The staff are very nice and friendly, they let us checked in 2 hour earlier. The room size is big enough and super great to have the washer/dryer inside the room.
The sink of our kitchen has bad smell, need some deep cleaning.

Perfe t location for our needs. 15 min walk to Ginza and Tokyo station. 3 mins to Hatchabouri station (and just a little further to many others).
Quiet accomodation, well equipped with seperate bathroom, toilet and washing machine. Very friendly staff. Kitchen facilities for simple cooking.
Not much. Toilet a little noisy when used overnight...and that is me really finding something!

It was quiet, the rooms were large with a washer/dryer that worked well, easy access to train stations, multiple nearby konbinis, the staff were all friendly and super helpful and fluent in at least English and Japanese. Shoutout to Jess and Natalia. Natalia even made us a cocktail (they have a small happy hour one day a week) and filled in our takkyubin forms for us.
It's more an apartment that happens to have a front desk so there's not a regular hotel style room service but you can pay to have someone come do it if you want. You also have to take your rubbish downstairs if you fill the bins. Honestly though, that wasn't a big deal and was easy to do.
