    lovely apartment, very clean and cosy!

    Our room was spaceous. 1 whole floor. The staff were nice and goes out of their way to help even though it seemed like they had to man the front desk and br the housekeeping at the same time. The room was clean when we arrived and they even pre arranged our luggages in our room even before we checked-in. The hotel was not as close to the station as I would like but its ok already for its size and price.

    Spacious room and walkable distance to the metro station. No other facilities, such as a washing machine or, gym. The spaciousness beats everything.

    For the price we payed, we expected a way better experience. First of all, we had to complete online forms for each person of the group with picture, personal information, and upload our passports online which was really long to do and time consuming. After that, I had to create an account to get the smart key access but it never worked with my phone number. It took long to get information as we were discussing through Agoda, which was not convenient at all and kind of stressful as we weren’t sure we could get the key when arriving there. In the end, we managed to get the key but the room was prepared for 4 people and we booked for 5. Our friend was supposed to sleep on the couch but the sheets were locked in a bag and we had the password for the lock. As well, we only had 4 towels to shower. We understand that this might have been a mistake but it was a lot and we expected better service. To end, we let our bags at the reception during the day as they say we could but when we came back, nobody was there and the door was locked. It took us at least 20min to find someone to call the staff as they don’t have WhatsApp and we couldn’t call Japanese number. We almost missed our train to the airport and were again stressed and in the rush because of their mistake (the reception was supposed to be opened at the time we get there). Regarding the room, the beds were confortable but not big and the whole apartment was really small for 5 people. At least the bathroom was nice
