    Staff were friendly and very accommodating with good english. Close to trains, parks and food places. Quiet street but close to night life if thats your thing. Room was good size for 2A & 1C (10 years old). Full fridge/freezer and in room washing machine was a win for us. Thanks again for a great stay!

    We had a pleasant stay at MONday Apart Hamamatsucho Daimon. The location is excellent, very convenient for transport, and the apartment-style room was comfortable and well equipped. Having a washer–dryer in the room was particularly useful during our trip. However, the hotel was extremely strict with early check-in and late check-out policies. We checked in early at 08:00 on the day of arrival and were charged a full additional day’s rate. On departure, we requested to extend our check-out to 11:00 but were quoted an additional ¥7,426 for just one extra hour, which felt excessive. Overall, the property is clean, modern and well located with very good amenities, but a little more flexibility around check-in and check-out would greatly improve the guest experience.

    I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Every night, dirty particles were dropping from the air conditioner onto the bed and surrounding area. I initially did not raise this issue, hoping it was a one-time occurrence. However, after the third day of housekeeping, the situation became worse. When I returned from a day out, I found even more dirt had fallen from the air conditioner. I went to the reception desk and showed photos as evidence. Unfortunately, the receptionist responded by saying, “I do not understand English,” and made no effort to seek assistance, understand the issue, or provide any solution. The issue was neither addressed nor taken seriously, which significantly affected my stay.
