    It was saddening that I was diagnose with cancer and needed treatment immediately. Therefore my family & I could not travel to Japan. I had wrote in to the hotel to ask for refund for my stay. However, the hotel did not refund my stay. Unfortunate event and I which they could have more flexibility.
