    Location was excellent, right next to Tokyo Station. Love the small touches in the room that make our stay so much more convenient and stress free, from how housekeeping helps with even the dishwasher items to the extra pyjamas they lay out for you to the in-bath fan-dryer. It will be hard to top this hotel in terms of how thoughtful the entire experience was.

    Location is really central. May eateries around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booking was a bit difficult at first to include my young daughter (just turn 18) even if willing to pay extra for additional bed.

    The room is spotlessly clean and comfy. Perfect location, 1 min walk to Tokyo station. Air con, bed, all up to expectation, complimentary coffee and tea plus a sink for simple dish cleanings, with washing machine too! Absolutely loving our stay there!
