    Me and my friends were there for 9 nights and it was great. Was shown around in our room by the front desk the first thing we came. The location wise it's great, there are a lot of subway lines nearby and myeongdong was just a walk away as well. It's kind of in a pricier side but it was worth it as it was a comfortable stay. It was not my first time at UH Suite and this was as enjoyable as the first one.

    5 adults 4 kids stayed in the family suite, master bedroom was huge but 2 rooms a little small. The location was about 150m/2min walk from the main jongno reception which we had to go often to use their 2 big dryers. Good sized bathrooms and a serviceable dining and living room area. Rubbish cleared, towels changed and new 500ml x 8 bottles daily but you have to stay for 4 nights before a full cleaning of floors, bathroom and bed linen is done. There is some noise from the amusement games below but should not affect most except the lightest sleepers. Overall, a good experience and we loved how close to restaurants and jongno subway we were.

    Good apartment size for group sharing. Lots of eating places near the hotel. 15mins walk to Myeongdong street. Hotel staff is responsive to request and queries.

    PROS: Great location with tons of eateries nearby. Well-situated between the #1 and #2 subway lines. Responsive and professional front desk staff. It was nice to have a washing machine in the unit. There's a dryer on the 3rd floor, but we just used the drying rack in the room. It was also convenient to have a kitchenette. You can't cook any meat or fish in the room, though. We also loved having daily fresh towels and bottled water. CONS: The reviews about the loud music are 100% true. There is an OUTDOOR karaoke screen/stage right outside the building. It was extremely difficult to sleep for the first 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) as the music was BLARING until 5 a.m. The other nights were more tolerable as the music quieted down around 2:45 a.m. One day, we returned to find our room door open with no one inside. Apparently, housekeeping failed to close our door. The front desk said they checked the CCTV and assured us no one entered our room. But this was definitely a big security concern. I brought all of this up with the hotel management. They apologized but declined my request for a partial refund. Unless I was staying in a room facing away from the street, I don't think I could stay here again.
