    바닥이 카펫으로 청소시 그냥 찍찍이로 바닥 표면에 떨어진 것만 집어올려 카펫 밑으로 박힌 음식물 찌꺼기는 그대로임 이것 냄새를 맡은 벌레들이 돌아다님(2번 목격), 반드시 청소기로 거실 바닥과 소파를 청소해야함. 내 생각에는 청소인력이 부족한것 같음. (10박11일 묵음). 또 번화가 중심이다보니 야간에 소음이 있음. 방에 들어와 문 닫으면 안들리나, 거실에선 소리으로 산만함. 좋은 점으로 프론트와 카톡으로 소통이 잘되고, 위치가 좋아 음식점이며, 각종 편의시설이 근접에 위치에 좋음.

    Me and my friends were there for 9 nights and it was great. Was shown around in our room by the front desk the first thing we came. The location wise it's great, there are a lot of subway lines nearby and myeongdong was just a walk away as well. It's kind of in a pricier side but it was worth it as it was a comfortable stay. It was not my first time at UH Suite and this was as enjoyable as the first one.

    5 adults 4 kids stayed in the family suite, master bedroom was huge but 2 rooms a little small. The location was about 150m/2min walk from the main jongno reception which we had to go often to use their 2 big dryers. Good sized bathrooms and a serviceable dining and living room area. Rubbish cleared, towels changed and new 500ml x 8 bottles daily but you have to stay for 4 nights before a full cleaning of floors, bathroom and bed linen is done. There is some noise from the amusement games below but should not affect most except the lightest sleepers. Overall, a good experience and we loved how close to restaurants and jongno subway we were.

    Not value with the prices, cleaning only every4days, no proper 24hr reception, building is quite dirty and not ready (feel unsafe a bit as it’s a public building that the room share with other) Good location, in room facilities is quite new and clean.
