Great location, walking distance to Myeongdong and Insadong. Easy check in and check out. Clean room and helpful staff that are easy to contact when necessary.

Unfortunately, I had issues with the TV and the washing machine. It was also often quite loud so sometimes it was hard to sleep. Earplugs were provided but they didn’t fit in my ears very well.

The location of this hotel was excellent! I had no trouble finding it and it was a cozy and perfect place to spend a few nights. Beds were good, body soap/shampoo/conditioner provided, hairdryer/toothbrush and paste provided.

My room is not extremely soundproof so I can hear chairs dragging and doors closing and showers being used. However, this is not a big problem for me and they provide earplugs too.

The room was very clean and the check in process very easy. Common kitchen area with free ramen. Good value for money in theory.

Unfortunately I was not able to get a good nights rest. There were people coming and going all night long and as there is absolutely no sound deadening in the walls or the door I could even hear them whispering. Add to that a not so comfortable bed, a window so small and close to the neighbouring building that even during the day the room stays pitch black and an exhaust fan from the restaurant below, which made it impossible to get some fresh air into the room. Also the only available microwave was out of order and judging by other reviews has been this way for at least a month. Depending on the occupancy and the specific room, the experience might differ, but I’ll rather pay a little more for another hotel next time.
