A lovely small friendly boutique hotel great for a short break and in a lovely convenient location. Great range of wines. Would like some fruit available at breakfast though.

No 12 is a good choice for a short stay in attractive North Berwick. It’s centrally located, convenient for beaches, the Seabird centre etc .
Service is functional more than polished.
My single room serviceable not elegant.
Breakfast, included, sets you up for the day.

Great nights sleep, good staff and hotel was exactly what I hoped for. Breakfast was also excellent served by a very efficient and polite young man.
