I loved everything perfect placement for exploring the town, beautiful rooms with so many pillows and cosy fur blanket, breakfast included and when i accidentally double booked they gave me one back. Shout out north Berwick and the no.12 hotel and god bless Scotland

Lovely place and an excellent team

A good location and great staff. Everyone was so helpful and lovely.

There were 2 elderly people (in their 80s) and all bedrooms were upstairs with no lift. The stairs were a bit much for them. I would certainly go back without the oldies!

Very conveniently located for browsing town and festival . Happy to return if out of season offers.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

I booked the property during local festival. Free parking was specified and was main reason for booking. After booking T and C said only 3 parking spaces and subject to availability. At check in informed no parking spaces in the public carpark. Was lucky to get a space but think this should be clarified BEFORE guests book.

Very enjoyable stay in a pleasant central hotel which I would recommend.

The hotel was very centrally located. The breakfast was particularly good with quality produce well prepared and very accommodating waiting staff.

The only problem we encountered was the lack of parking near the hotel but the town was very busy.

A really lovely property centrally located. Plan your parking in advance!

Beautifully decorated and maintained. Superb central location. Smart bar and dining area.

Unmanned reception and ten minute wait to find anyone, especially as we had given our arrival time. Lack of any parking spaces and lack of advice about where to park. We also disliked the intrusive and dictatorial online “pre-registration form”.

Two days well spent with helpful, smiling staff.

The breakfast menue offered 5 plates, I tried and enjoyed 2 of them (traditional and salmon). The location in town center excellent, ideal for travellers using public transport, bus stops within 2 minuits walk.

The water in the jug, the local water not boiled might be sickening for guests arriving from farther away.

Husband wanted more bacon didn’t realize till last day we could have asked for more my scrambled eggs and salmon was excellent. Location was 10/10 perfect

Coming in the Summer would have been nice but we were lucky it was dry for the 4 days
