Great location, friendly staff, clean, quiet room, comfy beds.
Room was dark and stuffy despite having radiator off and window open. Limited surfaces for stuff and space to put bag. Cooked breakfast was ok but limited options for fruit, yogurt and the like.

Clean and tidy. Younger staff all very friendly.
Quite a small room with a great view of the fire escape! Breakfast was slightly overdone! Manager appeared slightly standoffish.
