Location for us was perfect.
the cleanliness of the room and the b & b items acceptable
there was no hairdryer in the room (advertised that there is) i contacted host and one was delivered to room, however, that was only after shower.
shower cubicle and other areas of the room would benefit from some love and attention.
the stairs are steep to the rooms, if you have any mobility issues at all this may be an issue.
eaves within room make the ceiling very low in places and would not be comfortable for taller persons. very happy with room for overnight stay and would not mind considering again.
ONLY issue moving forward will be PARKING -

The location was excellent and it was very clean and tidy.
The shower cubicle was a little on the small side, but manageable.

Great location just 5 mins walk from the beach and the Main Street. Comfy bed and pillows. I was in room 3 which was a good size for a single. Ceiling in en-suite fine for me but might be a struggle for anyone over 5’6. Shower was fine, water pressure not great though. Breakfast basket was great. A good option for a 1 or 2 night stay.
It’s an older building and the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everyone coming and going, doors closing etc. I was also unlucky to have a neighbour who snored pretty loudly next door so didn’t get much sleep the second night. The toilet seat was also loose and needs fixed.

Convenience and cost. It’s a very basic hotel, the hosts were very nice. The stairs were a very steep. It was super clean and comfy !
