Great location, clean, very thoughtful snack and breakfast selection in room with fresh (not UHT) milk for tea in a mini fridge.
Low, sloping ceiling in bathroom and no natural light. Some corridor noise of other rooms arriving/leaving but as we were at an evening event anyway we were bothered by it.

The Folly hotel has easy access to the High Street and to the beech. My room was comfortable and quiet. Although the hotel did not provide meals the room had a range of breakfast options - porridge, yogurt, croissants, muffins, tea, coffee. A very thoughtful gesture. The arms length reception arrangements were secure and easy to follow.

Great location
Desperately needing refurbished, no proper breakfast - just a hamper left in the room with ‘corner shop’ offerings, and very overpriced - £219 for one night, triple room but offered as a double, double bed very small too!
