It was a good value hotel, staff were friendly. The amenities like laundry are not always available, which was a bit annoying as I wanted to do laundry before packing my stuff to continue on with my travels. Also, the remote for the tv randomly stopped working and I had to follow up a few times with the front desk to get that fixed. Room service in general was good, although one night they stopped serving before 10pm even though it's supposed to be open until 10pm. I wanted to order around 930pm.
The bathroom was clean, but the towels were a bit rough, and one I saw had holes. Also, there was a towel on top of the toilet, I don't think that's very sanitary? Would make more sense just to have that towel next to the sink.
In general, good location, good value, could be improved but served my needs.

Es un excelente hotel para explorar el centro el staff, las instalaciones, el restaurante, y la habitación estuvieron excelentes, hay que considerar que es el centro de la ciudad y hay ruido tanto dentro como fuera del hotel pero nunca estuvo en un nivel que fuera molesto. El restaurante sirve comida muy accesible y rica. La habitación estaba impecable. Durante el verano puedo suponer que se torna caluroso pero el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.
La zona que rodea al hotel no es la más bonita de cdmx pero se trata del centro y uno debería de esperar eso desde el inicio.

1. Was sick, asked for some food and something to drink. Staff wouldn’t get it for 45 mins. They also wouldn’t fulfill it until I had paid to keep my current room (even though I had another room in the same hotel). Extremely inconsiderate - only following a rule book with no compassion for someone who isn’t feeling well
2. Ordered meds from pharmacy, they didn’t send them up. Made me come down to the lobby while sick. Once again inconsiderate
3. Asked for a phone charger, they didn’t have it, told me to go buy one down the street. Didn’t suggest to check if the restaurant cashier had one (they did). Once again not helpful.
In summary - they did the bare minimum. Crap service. Be better.
