    Quality hotel guests with quiet environment. Room is clean and tidy. Connect to two stations and access to the popular tourist spots in just 25mins such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku. Direct bus to Teamlab planet!

    We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed different good food with only 5 minutes walking distance from Hotel. Narita limousine bus just in the opposite to the hotel.

    Have booked this hotel given this is a large group of Mitsui Garden hotels in various locations. This one at Ginza is conveniently located and relatively reasonably priced given I stayed during summer holiday season. The size of the room is ok for Tokyo standard, and no expectation to easily open up more than one luggage at the time on the floor area. I also booked this hotel as it has an onsen. As recommended by the hotel, I went to onsen after peak hour 11pm. But it was still packed at the shower area and loud speaking tourists (non-Japanese, but not hotel’s fault). Given how busy it was, the area was wet and not very clean. Al thought I stayed in hotel for 4 nights, I did not go to the onsen after that. Then worst experience… I had to shower in my own bathroom for the next few nights, and noted the ventilation on top of the shower area was “totally” filled with dust! It was disgusting and felt like every breath I took in the bathroom was that clumps of dust! To be honest, I would never choose to stay in Mitsui Garden again in Japan!
