The location is amazing - you are in the heart of Ginza here, and a short walk to the Imperial Palace and Gardens, as well as all the shops, restaurants and liveliness of the area. The hotel is clean, and well maintained, and the staff are charming.
Our room was just too small. I booked a double room, but once our suitcases were open, it was just too tight on space, and we found ourselves constantly moving things around to make it work. The hotel also has not common areas. There is reception, a restaurant in the basement and then your room. Which works, but when the room is really small, it's nice to have somewhere else in the hotel to escape to.

Phenomenal location, spacious room and extremely spacious bathroom, very nice lobby.
There was no shower room, so you had to step into the tub to take a shower, and the tub was quite small.
We booked an accessible room as the price was slightly cheaper, so I am not sure if all the bathrooms are like this.

Location
No value for money, room very small and very disappointed with the window facing just an inside wall. Being disappointed as using hotel the first time . Would not be giving a positive review. Arrived at 5.30am and because room was ready, was charged to check in at 12 noon. Been travelling for 30years and first time having to pay for a 12 noon check in instead of 3pm - too calculative
