    Fantastic amenities, super energetic and love staff members. Conveniently right behind Ginza SIX so it’s a stone throw to everywhere. Love Aloft. I’m a fan now

    Everything is great from the smooth check-in, friendly and attentive staffs, 24/7 available for pick-up amenities (including water). The room is abit crowded when you have a few luggages but manageable. There is a Lawson just right across the street and it is just a few steps away from all the surrounded stations (metro and JR). We checked-in on Sunday evening and the hotel was way too crowded and there are only 2 elevators which was abit uncomfortable. But after that night the flow is much better and we had a stay.

    The hotel location in Ginza is perfect specially for people whom would like to shop around. 15 minutes away from Tokyo station. Room carpets can be more clean and neat
