Staff were good air con in room very noisy carpets were dirty in lobby worn chairs in lobby windows were dirty need to update lot of furnishing specially carpets on corridors of room floors upto 7 floor

Staff was polite, professional, and exceptionally attentive to customer needs. Rooms were clean, bathroom had wall to wall marble, but the carpet should be replaced. Hotel paid breakfast buffet was unmatched compared any hotels in the world. Living in the USA for 46 years, and traveling all over the world, I have never come across such varieties of breakfast food ever.

Room was very clean, staff were very polite and efficient. Breakfast had variety of choices and very tasty.
