I would like to bring to your attention an issue during my stay. The person at the reception with cat-like eyes (unfortunately I do not recall his name) displayed very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. His attitude was disappointing and did not meet the standard of hospitality expected. I kindly request that this matter be looked into to ensure better service in the future. His behavior is like strange.....worst experience i face i never fought with him bcz I came as offical Guest

Very good hotel, staff. Only issue was it’s inside the city and we spent 1-2 hours just reaching the hotel because of traffic.

Excellent stay at Vivanta Meghalaya, Shillong. The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean and well-kept, and the overall experience feels worth the price paid. Unlike many places that charge a premium without delivering, the cost here feels justified by the quality, comfort, and service. A very satisfying stay overall, and I would be happy to return.

Definitely not a 5 star experience. Rooms are tiny, no balcony and with limited amenities. Nothing in the mini bar. We had a chaotic breakfast. Asked for a omelette and coffee which took ages. Overall at best you can say it was a 3star experience.
