The staff was welcoming as we reached there by auto rickshaw. Sorry to say that they didn’t provide us the welcome drinks 🤣. I am not disappointed for that. The main thing is who are attending us he was also not welcoming. Room and pool are okay. There is restaurant in the hotel premises we ate dinner at that restaurant which was the worst experience. Food tastes so bad and they severed chicken which was not fresh . When we complained they just ignored it. I don’t think it’s worth it to stay there and pay that much money.

It's not the only 5* resort as claimed on the website. For this area or people from the region it is probably an exceptional place. Facilities, Amenities and security satisfactory. View outside is iconic for this place. Some staff were keen for tips despite 25% charged on all bills that included 12% service charge, taxes. First in history I paid service charge on room rate. On Agoda, the room advertised at £79 per night but after flushing check out turned out my card charged £123+ and the booking non-refundable. Absolutely scammed. Recommendation would be for guests to dine in to Oronno Bilash, their hill-top restaurant. Food and staffs are better there. Avoid summer days. Rainy days are enjoyable as we were lucky during our stay. Most likely winter would be the best choice to visit this place as night view is nicer while all other view types are found around other resort locations. Sorry, cannot rate 5* due to hygiene issues. Staff reported service charge is distributed partially of which most are kept by the owner or management. Unethical.
