The staff was welcoming as we reached there by auto rickshaw. Sorry to say that they didn’t provide us the welcome drinks 🤣. I am not disappointed for that. The main thing is who are attending us he was also not welcoming. Room and pool are okay. There is restaurant in the hotel premises we ate dinner at that restaurant which was the worst experience. Food tastes so bad and they severed chicken which was not fresh . When we complained they just ignored it. I don’t think it’s worth it to stay there and pay that much money.

The hotel is quite outdated, and the facilities are minimal. They did not provide hand-wash gel in the restroom; they only offered an old-fashioned small soap bar. The food was the worst part of our stay. We dined at the Oronno Nibash restaurant for dinner, where we were served leftover fried rice and chicken with an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly and seemed to expect tips from customers, which left a negative impression, mainly since they advertise themselves as a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel stay was not worth their declared price.
