    Overall, we had a great stay at Kynjing Suites, and I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay at a reasonable price in a great location. The biggest highlight was the housekeeping and room service staff. They were incredibly humble, polite, and extremely quick whenever we requested anything. Their service truly made our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essential amenities. The restaurant also deserves appreciation—the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and offered good value for money. However, our experience with the reception staff could have been much better. We were not informed about several important hotel policies during check-in. For example, no one told us that room service would not be available after we checked out of the room on our departure day. The room service phone was simply deactivated without any prior notice, which was quite inconvenient. We were also never informed about what services were included or available during our stay. There is no laundry service, which we only found out after asking the day before we left. It would have been helpful if this had been communicated at check-in. Another disappointment was that breakfast is not included in the room tariff, and at around ₹300 per person, it felt overpriced. We were also given only two tea and coffee sachets in the room and were not told whether they would be replenished daily. As a result, we ended up ordering tea (₹60 per person) and coffee (₹80 per person) twice a day. One more thing that needs improvement is the drinking water policy. While complimentary drinking water is advertised, only 1 litre per day is free, and additional bottles are chargeable. This should be clearly communicated beforehand, as drinking water is generally expected to be freely available for hotel guests. Overall, despite these communication issues from the reception team, the excellent housekeeping, clean rooms, great restaurant, and good value for money made our stay enjoyable. With better guest communication and clearer information about hotel policies and services, this hotel would easily deserve a 5-star experience.

    Milk and Sandwiches served in the breakfast had two of us suffer from food poisoning followed by vomitting and loose motion. Either the milk is unboiled, causing bacterial growth (it is served at room temperature) or the sandwiches have stale bread. Hygeine is a major issue at this price point.
