Overall I had a fantastic experience at the AC! The room was gorgeous and thoroughly cleaned, I would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family. All of the staff except for one were great! When I arrived to check in I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes, there was a sign up on the counter saying they would be back shortly and for immediate assistance call the number listed. I called 5 times and no one answered so I proceeded to bang on the associates door for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes a man came out and I told him I had been waiting there for a long time. He said “sorry I didn’t hear the phone” and that was it. No compensation or sincerity. Outside of him, all other staff were attentive. I would advise if you are arriving at night to give them a call prior to ensure someone is waiting on your arrival promptly.

Clean, quiet and affordable. About a half hour outside of Portland which was where we intended to stay until I saw the ridiculous parking fees being charged. This hotel was cheaper, free parking and quite nice. A half hour drive to Portland was a good trade off.

We chose this hotel for the remainder of our stay after our first night in a sub-par hotel in Beaverton. The difference was immense in all aspects for not a lot more in price. AC appears to take cleanliness seriously and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was superb at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Beaverton.

The pool is super nice as well as the staff they’re super professional. They have a little thing where you can get snacks down in the lobby. The bar wasn’t open on a few of the days other than that though it was pretty good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and modern and the room was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that there was a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and I liked the couch in the room too. The indoor pool was a nice amenity. My husband tried the breakfast and he thought it was just ok. Also, there’s free parking, which is great.

It’s a very nice hotel with a modern but comfortable feel to it. I loved the bathroom! Only downfall was that there was no hot tub only a pool. Would be nice if there was an outdoor area as well. But overall it’s a nice place! I have stayed there twice now and will probably stay again in the future.

This property is very clean, pristine, and located in a park area like sitting. It’s trendy and appeals to meticulous travelers with beautiful under lighting throughout the room, making it easy and convenient to get work done. All was great but at check in the attending front desk staff gave some attitude when I wanted to confirm room lock was working correctly. The cleaning crew was much more helpful and kind.

The location is good and the hotel is very clean and modern. Unfortunately we could hear every footstep in the room above us, and every toilet flush in the walls, and all the shower draining. Just no sound proofing at all, which kept us up late and woke us up early. We even travel with a white noise machine, but it was no match for the thin walls and ceilings.
