This place is nice. Tucked away but walking distance to several metro stations and so many restaurants. Mike was great and another staff too (I forget her name, she checked me in and I believe she was newer). Both super friendly and didn’t mind my next to no French. The only thing I’d say to prepare for is that if your room has a door to me connect, you’ll hear everything your neighbors are doing.

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, nice/friendly staff. Near the train station so the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy especially at night so we always take Uber coming home at night but the location of the hotel is pretty quite as it is located in an alley. Overall we had a great stay.

We loved our little apartment at Staycity only 5 minutes from Gare de l’Est. We upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment for the air conditioning and we definitely didn’t regret it.
We had a fabulous time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We cooked on two evenings on the two ring electric hob. The kitchenette is well equipped and we managed breakfast and dinner easily. Supermarkets and a bakery are only a few minutes away. We would definitely recommend Staycity Gare de l’Est if you’d like a friendly, convenient place close to the station.
