Good location close to Gare Du Nord and Gare D Est
Quick walk to underground. Room itself was fine for our needs. Nice and comfortable with a good bathroom. Great value for money.

A basic room. A bit small, but that's par for the course in Paris. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is 5 minutes from St. Martin canal and 5 minutes from a metro station.
The shower requires a step stool, which for people with mobility issues (like my wife with a bad hip), was a challenge.

the location is central but the area around the station can feel unsafe at times
the hotel room was quite small, the lift broke down and was not repaired during our stay so we had to walk up to 5th floor every single day
