Clean, safe place to stay en route. Not a very walkable location as nearby streets lack sidewalks but with a car and easy parking it was an as expected location to stay when we didn’t make it as far as planned.

The location felt a bit iffy - in an industrial area. Yet it was easy to drive downtown for dinner. I’m not sure if there was bus service. If not, one would need a car or taxi. There were many offerings for breakfast, including eggs which we appreciated. The coffee however, came from a machine and had a weird taste.

This property was located away from downtown, which was great for a quiet neighborhood. Parking was ample and free. Breakfast had several options every morning and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the region of Parma.

It’s great if you have a car, but we did not, and public transportation stops long before the hotel. The staff were able to arrange taxis for the rest of our stay.

Reserved a double bed got a twin bed instead when I asked for a double bed I got a single "big" bed, In fact I got a accessible room with a larger than usual single bed. Hotel is non smocking and has detectors in each room so people are smocking in the corridor. When I complained about the obnoxious smell in my room I got told that nothing could be done... Third night out of 4, my car was broken into and stuff in the trunk got stolen ( nothing was visible from outside). No camera on parking. I left before the end of th reserved trip and didn't get charged for the 4th night. Restaurant is medium. Staff is ok but not really helping.

This Hotel has good parking for large vehicles. The man at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was not good. We ate in the restaurant and the waiter was very good and was also there at breakfast. The Hotel is nice and clean. The room was a good size and nice. The only thing is the walls can be a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a nice menu. Everything is a 4 or 5 minute drive or the front desk will call you a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.
