Don’t stay here if you’re looking for luxury. Very basic facilities but it’s a budget hotel. Room itself was clean however in the corridors you smell mold as soon as you get out of the lifts. Super friendly staff.

Hotel staff are exceltionally friendly and helpful. Room is cleaned daily without being asked. The location is great. It would be good if the bathroom has a door instead of curtain to cover.

Staff were excellent and very helpful with issues. Expect the hotel to be basic, aligning with the price. It was perfect for us as we spent most of our time exploring the city, and staying in a cheap room left more money for shopping! We had an issue with the Agoda platform making a duplicate booking, and not alerting us until it was too late to obtain a refund. Will book direct in future.

The room had a bathroom exhaust which was very loud & couldn’t be turned off. I wasn’t able to sleep. Staff were great but couldn’t do anything about the room.
