    It was amazing little hotel in the middle of cbd Greta little food outlets up and down the alley way . The only thing I will say this is our 3 time staying here and the room was very dated . Every other time we had a newer room . Otherwise everything was great as always

    Amazing central location in Melbourne CBD. Staff were very helpful. Allowed early check in. The parking option (discounted $15/day parking) with unlimited re-entry at Galleria carpark worked smoothly. Very clean and all expected amenities in the room. My only criticisms were that the room was a little cramped and the towels were not automatically changed daily. Recommended for a Melbourne CBD getaway.

    The location is definitely the highlight — right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, which makes it very convenient for getting around. However, if you request a room tidy-up, don’t expect a proper clean. During our stay, they mainly made the beds and changed the towels. Rubbish left on the floor wasn’t picked up, and no bag for the rubbish bin. The complimentary water was only provided on the first day, with no refill for the remaining days of our stay. The bed was standard and not particularly comfortable, and our room had no view. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, I’d say this hotel is good if you mainly need a place to sleep while exploring Melbourne, but don’t expect much in terms of room comfort or housekeeping.
