    Was upgraded to high floor level 41. Super nice view. Room carpet needs to be changed. Was disappointed to know no cleaning service for the 8days we were there!! The tap sink was leaking and was not aware till we came back with water on the floor. Hopefully They fix the tap before the next guest comes in. Only good thing was the view we got. the free tram just at our door step. Overall a good area to stay. Thanks to Lewis for giving us the upgrade.

    Room was disgusting! Bathroom had not been cleaned at all! Still had old towels from previous people! Dishwasher was still going when we arrived so it was full of dishes. Heater didn’t work so had a portable one. To top it off there was a plastic flower arrangement that had been decorated with old tea bags. Never again!
