    I requested an early check-in in advance as we were arriving from overseas, but unfortunately, the apartment did not respond to my messages. If I had known beforehand how difficult the check-in process would be, I would have booked a hotel instead. The whole experience was a nightmare. The reception is only open from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, which can be very inconvenient, especially for international travellers arriving outside those hours. Communication was also very poor, which made the experience even more stressful. If you are specifically looking for a place where you can cook and do laundry, this apartment may suit your needs. However, I would personally recommend staying at a hotel instead. The apartment was poorly maintained and clearly looked like it had been neglected for some time. The bathroom floods when you shower, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. It did not feel like the apartment was cleaned thoroughly. Basic items such as extra toilet paper and fresh towels also need to be requested during reception hours, between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm. Overall, the apartment needs significant attention and maintenance. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here, and I would not choose to stay here again.
