    Lovely staff at the check-in desk and a pretty good room. Even had a bath! I heard in advnace that the place gets noisy on weekends due to a night club down stairs - so I got a room on the 6th floor. It didnt make a difference. Even with noise cancelling earphones you can hear the night club noise perfectly well, as well as noisy cars and motor bikes through the night, and I had two sets of neighbours shouting at eachother with kids crying. Probably also arguing becuase of the noise. There are a lot of good reviews of this place, and it has a lot to offer. But staying here on a weekend? - honestly probably better to sleep rough.

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. We especially appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt that the hotel offered great value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne ! ❤️

    It’s ok but not good, I won’t be back. Too expensive, this is a $100 hotel and cannot justify their price. Lovely reception staff, just a worn outdated hotel with noise on Fri and sat, the noise is just as bad as the reviews say
