    I had a wonderful stay at ibis budget Melbourne CBD! The hotel’s central location made it so convenient to explore the city, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just right in front of the door. What made my stay especially memorable was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After a long flight, I requested an early check-in, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. It was such a relief to be able to settle in and rest after a tiring journey, and I truly appreciated their understanding and warm hospitality. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I had a lovely experience and felt well taken care of. Thank you to the team for making my stay a pleasant and welcoming one! I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable, convenient accommodation in Melbourne CBD, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

    The electricity and lights repeatedly went out, which required an immediate room changed. My rest was severely disrupted twice during the night by false fire alarms that required full evacuations. The door mechanism to the room is faulty, making it quite difficult to open and enter.

    Don’t stay here if you’re looking for luxury. Very basic facilities but it’s a budget hotel. Room itself was clean however in the corridors you smell mold as soon as you get out of the lifts. Super friendly staff.

    The room had a bathroom exhaust which was very loud & couldn’t be turned off. I wasn’t able to sleep. Staff were great but couldn’t do anything about the room.
