Staff were great, especially Vicky always friendly, cheerful and happy. The location was fantastic and convenient.
Our room was good, but very closed to the elevator when people walking at night pretty loud other than that my daughter and I quite happy.

Shower water was hot, check out went smoothly.
Bed was lumpy, carpets in hallway grimy, key wouldn't open room door without special instructions from desk, no window, bedside lights broken ...
