Close to everything we needed, very clean, staff were wonderful, restaurant was very tasty indeed.
Couldn’t change the heating temperature so we, personally were very hot inside but we were provided with a fan by staff.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring the city. Staff at reception were friendly when engaged, and the advance communication regarding the lift maintenance was appreciated.
The hotel feels dated and in need of refurbishment to meet 4.5-star expectations. Noise transfer between rooms and common areas significantly impacted sleep quality. The guest welcome experience was also disappointing, with little acknowledgement from the concierge desk despite multiple entries and exits during our stay. Facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were also underwhelming.
