    Rooms are tiny, when we checked in-already told dinner reservations was full for that day when we have no other restaurants to go to. Vegetarians will struggle for food. Front desk Manager only good at defending every review written but doesn’t seem to wanna work on the feedback but just says as per Swiss standards which is rubbish. Hotel needs to adopt a more global hotel standards and be more accommodating. Pay such a high price and they give you a bad room and food options. Breakfast vegetarian options is sliced Carrot, tomatoe, cucumber and peppers. They are only Lucky that the beauty of their location works for them.

    Breathtaking view, great dinner. Free cable to take the boat ride to Brienz. Perfect short hiking trail to the waterfall.

    Beautiful location.. very pristine by the lake. Breakfast is delicious. Friendly staff. The lake view from the balcony was amazing.
