Great place, great food with great landscape

The staff was great, the food from the restaurant was amazing, a lot to do around, and a lot of attention to detail and to be ecologic. Great surroundings.

It’s better to have a car if you travel with a person with reduced mobility as we really struggled to find taxi to go to airport.

It was truly an unforgettable experience staying here: the owner and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive, every detail of the accommodation is impeccable, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the à la carte dishes are simply masterpieces – I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

A Perfect Stay in Switzerland – Modern Comfort, Great Food, and Amazing Perks This is by far the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at in Switzerland. It’s very modern, impeccably clean, and feels brand new. The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering delicious meals that round off the experience perfectly. The location is ideal for anyone interested in outdoor activities—plenty of sports and nature options are just a short distance away. Bonus: For every night you stay at Hotel Rischli, you receive a free cable car (gondola) pass to the top of the mountain—and back, of course. Once at the summit, there are hiking and biking trails, and even a large park for children. And last but certainly not least, the staff are simply outstanding—welcoming, helpful, and always going the extra mile.

A top notch hotel in quiet surroundings.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were able to book a massage for later in the day. The spa facilities were an added bonus. Breakfast was plentiful.

Staff was extremely friendly. Willy was amazing. He recommended me some places where to go. The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional… I ordered lamb for dinner and it was delicious. Although, dinner was a bit pricey… it was worth it.

Excellent séjour !

Très bon petit déjeuner. Tout le personnel de l'établissement a été extrêmement sympathique et serviable, a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous a bien renseigné sur les randonnées à faire dans les environs... Nous avons aimé la vue sur la montagne. Bus gratuit pour se rendre aux pistes de ski.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war aussergewöhnlich gut, wegen der Auswahl, den schönen Aufbau, Personal beim Frühstück und sogar Stofftischtuch fürs Frühstück!! Sehr schönes Ambiente beim Frühstück. Grosse und schöne Zimmer. Wenn man mit den ÖV reist, ein bisschen blöd, da der Bus nur einmal pro Stunde fährt, aber da muss man sich halt organisieren. Toll das man mit der Gästekarte die Bergbahnen aufs Brienzer Rothorn gratis nutzen kann, dies ist ein nicht unerheblicher Kostenfaktor.

Nichts. Zum wandern würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Ein Haus liebenswürdiger Menschen, das auch sonst viel Schönes zu bieten hat

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die stets überaus herzlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hotels, alle und bei allen Begegnungen. Grosses Kompliment! Daneben ist das Frühstücksbuffet aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig, auch haben wir im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen (wenngleich die Speisekarte recht fleischlastig ist, was uns bei bei einem längerem Aufenthalt ein wenig Sorgen bereiten könnte). Beim Essen im Wintergarten wurden wir von den beiden Enten vor dem Fenster bestens unterhalten. Ausserdem ist das Haus sehr praktisch direkt an der Bushaltestelle gelegen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Gastfreundschaft wird absolut gelebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben an beiden Abenden das Abendessen im Restaurant genossen - es war der "Hammer". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Goed voor 1 nachtje op doorreis

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Wij werden onthaald door een zeer lieve dame en kregen heel veel info over de omgeving. Bij het inchecken kregen we ook gratis kaartjes voor de gondelbaan en kabelbaan in de buurt. Het ontbijt was erg lekker, wij hebben ervan genoten. De gratis parking is zeker mooi meegenomen. Fantastisch uitzicht! De kamer is erg verzorgd met badjassen, slippers en handdoeken voor de spa.

Ondanks dat het ontbijt erg lekker was, zaten er echt heel veel vliegen in de ontbijtruimte (en op het eten), wat het eten wel wat onaangenaam maakt. De kamer was heel warm. De wc is niet afgesloten en bevindt zich gewoon in je slaapkamer, net als de douche, wat het toch een beetje ongemakkelijk maakt als je de kamer met iemand anders deelt.. Ik apprecieer het dat de eigenaars hun best doen om de ecologische voetafdruk te verminderen door zeepjes te gebruiken die vastklikken op een houder, alleen is dit in een hotel iets minder gepast en niet zo hygiënisch..

موقع ممتاز واطلاله جميله جدا وهدوء للي يبي الراحه الفطور كان لذيذ بس يحتاج تطوير اصناف اكثر العشى لذيذ جدا بس ماعندهم اصناف حلال غير الباستا والبحري فقط

الطريق صعب و طويل بين الجبال ويعتبر معزول ولاكن الذي يريد الهدوء يحجز لديهم ممتاز جدا .. وايضاً السرير المزدوج غير مريح بسبب وضع سريرين فردي متلاصقان

Hier komen we nooit meer

Dat waren de slippers en badjas. Douche was wel goed. Uitzicht was een berg en de parkeerplaats. Bed en kussen waren nog nieuw dus dat lag prima. Spa geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk. Ze hebben eerst een invalidekamer gegeven met een oude vieze badkamer. Waarom? Geen idee! We zijn nog goed ter been en hebben geen rolstoel. Kamer was ook voorzien van een vieze douche gordijn. Gelijk weer naar de receptie toe. Andere kamer gevraagd met normale douche. Was niet echt modern maar vooruit. Voor een gehandicapt persoon is het ook niet klantvriendelijk om zo een douche gordijn te hangen! Bij het ontbijt mocht je zelf niet kiezen waar je wilde zitten. Werd gedwongen om aan een tafel langs het looppad te zitten! Meerdere malen gevraagd maar toen werd ze pissig. Er lag ook weinig brood, weinig keuzes en er waren ook veel vliegen tijdens het ontbijt. Heel smerig zeker voor een 4* hotel. en avondeten heel duur. We hebben maar buiten gegeten. Er waren ook geen andere reizigers maar een handje vol werklui die daar verbleven. Locatie was ver van de bewoonde wereld. Je moest eerst steeds een pass af en op om ergens te kunnen komen. We hadden er meer van verwacht. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben hebben we heel weinig van het hotel kunnen genieten. We mochten ook niet bij het terrasje zitten. Hier komen we nooit meer!,

Erholsam wieder nach Hause gegangen.

Auserhab vom Dorf, mit Bus oder zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Frühstückbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Abendessen war reichhaltig und sehr gut.
