This was our second visit. We were lucky to get a different room than last time and it was even better! You just can't beat the view. We always like the breakfast and like the fact that there's a shuttle and laundry available (both for 10e each). There was a tall oscillating fan and that was AMAZING to have.

Little bit out the way but easy to get to by bus, views were INCREDIBLE! Staff were super lovely and the room was large and spacious as was the balcony area

Front desk’s flexibility and willingness to check us in really late due to our flight delay. We communicated a few minutes before the front desk closed and they made sure we had a key to get in late and gave very specific instructions.
Location is amazing and you have the majestic Eiger right in front of you. Close to the bus stop to get to the heart of Grindelwald and just a 10 minute quick walk to all the attractions.

The staff was super nice and the views of the hotel are incredible. We even saw a meteor shower from our balcony!
It’s quite far from the station and main area of the village if you’re walking. If you have a car, that’s ok
