    It is a very comfortable place with large room. You may choose breakfast in Western or Chinese style. There are facilities for child to play and you could rent Switch and play in your room! It was a pleasant stay although it is not very convenient to take the Metro.

    I came here with parents and was hoping to book a hotel with nicer amenities as a treat. The highlight was definitely the hot springs but the hours are not super obvious or published when you book. We ended up having to rush to the hotel in order to make it before the hot springs closed. The hot springs themselves are just two large, shallow pools (one warm and one cold). It was nice having the option to switch between the two but other than that it was pretty no frills, which is kind of disappointing given that the hotel tries to market itself as luxury. The room was spacious and modern and it was nice having a separated living room and second bedroom but one thing that I found really strange was that they provided no hand soap, even when we called to request soap. I understand that hotels are not permitted to provide certain disposable toiletries according to environmental reasons but I was confused why they couldn’t give us a reusable bottle of soap. They told us to just use the shower gel in the bathroom instead, which felt kind of disgusting after using the toilet. Another amenity I was looking forward to was the breakfast, which was fine but overall the options are pretty limited and the meal itself is pretty tasteless. If you’re looking to book a hotel with amenities and hot springs, there’s a lot of other comparable options in Taipei that I wish I had gone with instead.
