    It was our first time to be Osaka for a business trip and the hotel was recommended by a colleague from Tokyo. The hotel is located at the city center, near the Shinsaibashi train station and the Daimaru shoppimg center. The buffet breakfast is super and the staff are courteous and approachable. They are really service oriented. Hoping they will serve dinner soon, even with a fee... We look forward to staying again in Comfort Hotel! Thank you very much.

    One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Osaka. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of dishes that suited our palate. A nice bonus is that the breakfast area is open for guests to use at night, making it a great place to relax or get some work done while enjoying the vibrant street views and city lights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also excellent, it’s within walking distance to Dotonbori, as well as numerous shopping streets, restaurants, and the bustling nightlife, making it a perfect base for exploring Osaka.

    I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It's a decent spread with warm savoury food and more breakfast items like cereal and bread. They also have freshly made juice/smoothies. There are amenities to take at the lobby area. It's conveniently located near Shinsaibashi area (subway exit 6) and there are several restaurants near the area. There is also a convenience store right beside the hotel. There are several host/hostess clubs around the area but the room is not noisy at night.
