We booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to Shinsaibashi Station and because it’s relatively new, and it turned out to be a great choice!
We stayed in the Superior Family Room and absolutely loved how spacious it was. The room came with a long sofa, fridge with freezer, sink, basic utensils and even a washing machine! Having a washing machine right in the room was definitely a huge plus, especially after several days of travelling. The beds were on the firmer side, and we slept really well after long days of walking and shopping.
The hotel operates more like a serviced apartment, so expect to do some light housekeeping, such as tidying up, returning used towels and placing your rubbish outside the room by noon. This wasn’t an issue for us. Room access is also via a PIN code rather than a physical key, which was convenient.
Location-wise, there’s a FamilyMart just opposite the hotel, with plenty of good food and shopping options nearby.
A couple of downsides worth mentioning: checkout is at 10am, which I found rather early, especially when you’re on holiday and would prefer a more relaxed morning. Also, the surrounding bars and pubs can get quite rowdy after 10pm, so I wouldn’t particularly recommend it for families with young children.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! A great option if you value space, convenience and apartment-style amenities while staying in central Osaka.

Great new hotel in the center of Shinsaibashi. Just a few mins walk to the subway and the heart of dotonburi. Spacious, very clean, and recommended for people that want a bit more space than your typical Japanese hotel. Will be my go to accommodation for Osaka!
