    It was my first time in Osaka and as an early thirties solo traveller this hotel met my needs very well. The room is small and bathroom very cosy but I thought for the price there were lots of amenities included and it was a well designed and well run hotel. There is a spa on the 13th floor which was included as part of the deal. Buffet breakfast was also a cheap add on. My room had air conditioning, a window that opened, a TV and hair dryer. The reception and cleaning staff were friendly. I found it comfortable enough to sleep whilst not being lavish. Its central location was great and made exploring the city easy. Some nice small touches such as free icy pole outside the spa area and free rolls available throughout the day were appreciated. I think for some the room and bathroom sizes may be too small but for me it was good enough. I imagine this is a good find for the price range.

    The room is stuffy, dusty and full of allergens. My husband had colds the whole duration of our stay. The hotel should take into consideration cleaning the rooms everyday and not have to option of only 1 day cleaning for a 4 night stay.
