    Good location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Near dotonbori. Lots of food places in the area. i really liked how you can do your laundry.

    First, the staff here are really great. Whenever I had an issue, they handled it immediately, and everyone I interacted with was helpful. The hostel itself is also pretty comfortable overall. The beds aren’t especially soft, but I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and actually found it much more comfortable that way. The biggest downside for me was the Wi-Fi. It’s extremely inconsistent, and there were times when I couldn’t connect to the internet at all. If you need a reliable connection for work, I would definitely keep that in mind. It’s a shame because the lounge itself is actually a really nice and comfortable place to sit and work. My other major issue was the noise. A lot of guests were extremely loud throughout the day and late into the night, including inside the rooms around midnight. Speakerphone use in the common areas was also constant, with people taking calls, watching videos, or playing audio at full volume. There were times when people were practically shouting at each other despite sitting right next to one another. Even with my noise-canceling headphones turned all the way up, I could still hear everything, and after a while it became really frustrating. There were also some cleanliness issues in the shared spaces, so I think the hostel would really benefit from better enforcement of rules regarding noise, speakerphone use, and keeping common areas clean. The staff were great whenever I personally brought something to their attention, but I do think there needs to be more general monitoring, especially at night. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again because the hostel itself is comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The two things that would make a huge difference for me are stronger, more reliable Wi-Fi and better noise control in both the common areas and the rooms.
