    The hotel is basic but has everything you need. It was nice to have my own little private space during my stay. There is also a onsen available to use in the hotel at specific time. Overall good location and good value for money too.

    As an experienced traveler, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My booking confirmation showed the main hotel address, but upon arriving at 9.30PM, we were told our 'King Suite' was actually in an unstaffed annex building 2 minutes away. We had to drag our luggage through the rain to get there. The room itself was a severe health hazard. It was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned: there was used toilet paper left in the bathroom bin, thick black mold inside the AC unit (making it dangerous to breathe), a clogged sink, and a kitchen area (microwave, electric stove, and utensils) completely covered in old, sticky grease. There were thick layers of dust and disgusting stains on the furniture and fridge. To make matters worse, there was zero staff in this annex building to help us, and the main reception doesn't even open until 3:00 PM the next day. After escalating the issue to Agoda with extensive photographic evidence, the hotel finally agreed to a full refund for that night. However, the severe lack of hygiene and the misleading location completely ruined our evening. Avoid this place at all costs.
