The staff were pleasant and considerate. I like the common kitchen where I could use cooking and eating equipment. Laundry was convenient too. My room was quiet despite near the dobutsuen Mae station. Walking distance from the big donki and the local supermarket.

Nice friendly staff, less formal than in big hotels but very professional and helpful. Big public bath, good location for both metro and railway, Tennouji is one stop away. Shinsekai right at your doorstep. Got both Western and Japanese style rooms. I just love this place.
    5.6 / 10·Oct 2026
This place is like a last-ditch inn with only the bare minimum in terms of facilities and amenities. It is quite old (actual keys attached to a plastic bar) and the attitudes of the people at the front desk weren’t especially friendly or anything. I only saw one other female customer there so it seems like it is catered to men. I didn’t go all of the way inside, but from the looks of the baths and showers, I decided I would not make use of them. Many of the rooms do not have toilets; the room I booked did, but it was just toilet and a sink and mirror: no soap provided. The room was quite large for the area and it seemed clean enough, but the oldness and staleness of the place kind of made it seem less so. A solo guy might find this place suitable as it is quite cheap, but I wouldn’t bring my family here.
